EvSkor exists so that you can see real experiences before you move. In the rental market, information sits on one side: tenants only learn about the building, the neighbors, the noise, or the heating after they have already moved in. We are closing that asymmetry.
Our mission
To make information sharing between tenants anonymous, safe, and legally sound. A space where no person is targeted, only concrete observations about the building and neighborhood are shared.

We are a small team with a software, product, and data background — most of us motivated by bad rental experiences of our own.
