EvSkor is a hosting provider for user-generated content under Turkish Law No. 5651. Reviews published in the app are written by users and pass legal moderation before publication.

What you can report

If you believe a review violates your personal rights, contains insults, is untrue, discloses your personal data or raises any other legal issue, you can report it to us.

How to report

Choose the "Legal / content complaint" option in our contact form and include:

• The building or neighbourhood the review belongs to and, if possible, the date of the review,
• Which part of the review you object to and why,
• An e-mail address where we can reach you.

Process

Your submission is reviewed by a human moderator as soon as possible. If required by applicable law the content is removed or edited, and you are informed of the outcome by e-mail. Our official correspondence address for legal requests is listed in the Privacy Notice.
